Four ways onto the map.

Each course is built around a live product you already ship. We do not simulate “SaaSCo.” Seats stay small enough that critique still stings.

Experiment Atlas

A/B tests as geography rather than theatre. Guardrails, peeking, CUPED in plain English, and how to retire a “winning” variant that only won on a vanity event.

Funnel Geometry

Ordered steps, unordered reality. We rebuild a checkout or onboarding funnel from raw events, then show where identity stitching and optional steps invent drop-off that never happened.

Who these are for

You already instrument something. You can find a dashboard. What you cannot do, yet, is stand in a room and explain why a curve moved. Product managers from UK scale-ups, in-house analysts without a data-science title, and founders who still write their own SQL all sit in the same cohort. We do not teach Python from zero, nor do we cover mobile game live-ops economies.

Private workshops reuse the same maps with your warehouse, your SDK, and your political constraints. Those weeks are quoted separately from the public fees on the fees page.
