By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or taking a seat on a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are enquiring for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol. We may revise these terms; the date above is the version that applies until replaced.

Programmes and informational fees
Course descriptions, dates, and fees on this site are informational. They are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance and there is no checkout. A contract for a seat or an Observatory week is formed only when we send a written confirmation (usually email) stating the programme, the fee, and the start date. We may refuse a seat if the fit conversation shows the work would be wasted — for example if there is no event stream at all.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact details, keep login links to live rooms to yourself, and submit work that is yours or that you have permission to share. Do not upload personal data of end users of your product beyond what a critique actually needs; aggregate or dummy examples when you can. We may remove someone from a live room for harassment or for persistently sharing other participants’ work.
Intellectual property
The site, lecture recordings, worksheets, and the Analytics Atlas method as documented by us remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your own professional work and inside the organisation that paid for your seat. You may not resell, republish, or run a competing course from our slides. Your briefs, taxonomies, and product maps remain yours; we may quote anonymised excerpts for teaching only with your permission or after stripping identifiers.
Liability
App Analytics teaching does not guarantee a change in retention, conversion, or revenue. We are not your data protection officer, solicitor, or actuary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the site or from applying course ideas to your product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.
Site use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs others, or submit malware through forms. Forms on this site are for genuine enquiries. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from a programme contract, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
